Developing AI Ethics and Governance for Wales

With funding from Welsh Government, our goal is to establish what good AI ethics and governance is for Wales. This means answering how to get the best from AI technologies and simultaneously mitigate harms, risks and violation of rights. With Andrew McStay and Gilad Rosner teaming again, they will assess (1) the quickly growing number of AI guidance & governance documents; (2) academic scholarship; (3) output from technical bodies (e.g., IEEE and the P7000 series); (4) Welsh citizen perspectives; (5) industry & public sector views.
